Fabrication

With a fully-equipped engineering workshop, and decades of precision machining experience, we can rework and manufacture specialised bolts to your specifications.  

The following products are just a sample of what we can manufacture in-house:  
 

• Special Bolts Need a special bolt with a non-standard thread-pitch or length ?  We can manufacture to your requirements in Metric Classes 8.8, 10.9 & 12.9 and Imperial in Grades 5 & 8.

• B7 & B8M Studs Available in set lengths or cut to any length. We stamp these on premises and can supply the Material Test Certificate. If you're after B7 Hex head Bolts, these will need to be imported specifically to your requirements, contact us for a Quotation.

• BSW & BSF British Standard Coarse and Fine threaded bolts, manufactured to your requirements.

• Metric Fine Socket Cap & Countersunk Socket screws If not available off the shelf, we can thread these for you to the required pitch. In Black and also in Stainless Steel A2 304 / A4 316.

• Left Hand Threaded Bolts & Socket Cap Screws Manufacturing of left-hand bolts and thread.

• U-Bolt Manufacturing We can have U Bolts manufactured to order and to your specific requirements, both Round U Bolts and Square U Bolts. For required measurements and U Bolt information Click here.

Other Services

Gasket Punching

Gaskets punched out of 3mm insertion rubber, neoprene, nitrile, cork, Flexoid Oil Paper, Table D and Table E. We can also supply bolts & nuts to suit a vast range of gaskets.  

Piano Hinges
We have access to many different lengths and thicknesses, punched or un-punched, self-colour and stainless, allow a minimum of 1-2 days for delivery.

Acme Thread Mildsteel Studs
From 5/8” x 6TPI diameter through to 1 1/2” x 4TPI diameter, with matching barrel nuts.
We can supply for any length stud and any length thread with a maximum length of 3 metres.

Round Bar & Hexagon Bar
We hold Round Bar and Hexagon Bar in stock, in various sizes and can cut to any length you need .

Chain Lengths
Various chain types (refer to our Product Catalogue), cut to any length you require.  

  

Plating Service
We offer Zinc Plating, Zinc Chromate and Galvanizing.
We can take care of this process end-to-end for you, using a reliable plating supplier. (Timeframe approximately 2 weeks.)  
 

Wire Rope Crimping  
From M3 to M6 with thimbles and ferrules.  
 

Structural Rivet Tool
Structural Rivets require specialised tools. We can arrange hassle-free hireage for you through a partner supplier.

With 11,000+ products on our shelves, chances are we already have what you need in stock! But if we don’t, we’ll do our best to get it in for you.

We have an international network of quality suppliers from whom we import direct. 

We are specialists in the importation of B7 and B8M studs. We have relationships with premium manufacturers around the world, and all studs can be supplied with their necessary Material Test Certificates.
